Accounting Manager

**Accounting Manager / Finance Manager** We’re looking for an experienced and driven Accounting Manager to join our finance team in Boden. In this role, you will lead a team of five accounting professionals and be responsible for the accounting, reporting, compliance, and financial control of the Boden entity. Client now operates in an IFRS reporting environment, use SAP S/4HANA as our ERP platform, and have established core accounting processes and controls. As Accounting Manager, you will play a key role in further strengthening and developing the accounting function as our operations continue to grow and evolve. This is an opportunity for a hands\-on leader who enjoys combining operational excellence with continuous improvement. You will work closely with stakeholders across Finance and the wider business to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and efficient accounting processes. You will report to the Head of Accounting and Financial Control. **Responsibilitie** * sLead, coach, and develop a team of five accounting professionals * .Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for the Boden entity * .Ensure accurate balance sheet and income statement reporting in accordance with IFRS * .Review and approve accounting entries, reconciliations, accruals, and provisions * .Oversee monthly reconciliation and analysis of balance sheet accounts * .Coordinate and support external audits and statutory reporting requirements * .Manage VAT, tax reporting, and interactions with tax authorities * .Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and financial reporting standards * .Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and best practices within SAP S/4HANA * .Develop and maintain documentation of accounting processes and controls * .Provide financial and statistical reporting to internal and external stakeholders * .Ensure archiving and documentation comply with statutory requirements **.
