Accounting Manager

Manager Accounting **Role Purpose** The Manager Accounting will be responsible for managing day\-to\-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, and strong compliance across all transactions. The role plays a key part in maintaining financial discipline within a structured, high\-volume real estate environment. **Key Responsibilities** Accounting Operations * Manage full accounting cycle including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable * Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of all financial transactions * Maintain up\-to\-date and compliant financial records in line with company policies Financial Reporting * Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports * Support closing activities (monthly, quarterly, annual) * Assist in variance analysis and basic financial reporting for leadership review Commission \& Transaction Accounting * Support accurate processing of agent commission calculations and payouts * Ensure proper recording of property transactions and revenue recognition * Assist in resolving discrepancies related to deals and commissions Compliance \& Controls * Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and internal financial policies * Support audit requirements and maintain proper documentation * Assist in strengthening internal controls and accounting procedures Systems \& Coordination * Work with finance systems (ERP/accounting software) to ensure data accuracy * Coordinate with Sales, HR, and Finance teams for financial inputs * Support process improvements in accounting workflows **Requirements** * 5–8 years of accounting experience (real estate experience preferred) * Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting * Experience in VAT compliance in UAE preferred * Familiarity with commission\-based business models is an advantage * Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (Zoho / Tally / QuickBooks or similar) * Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a structured environment * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance (professional certification is a plus)
