Accounting Analyst - Insurance Programs

We are seeking an **Accounting Analyst** to support financial reporting and reconciliation activities related to insurance programs. This role is ideal for an accounting professional who enjoys working with financial data, reconciliations, and cross\-functional collaboration in a fast\-paced environment. The Accounting Analyst will work closely with finance, operations, and underwriting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and support the overall management of insurance program accounting. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare and review **financial reconciliations related to insurance programs** * Analyze **premium and commission activity** across multiple programs * Review and reconcile **program\-level financial data and statements** * Assist with **monthly and quarterly close processes** * Investigate discrepancies and collaborate with internal teams to resolve reporting issues * Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation * Support preparation of **financial reports for internal stakeholders and external partners** * Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal financial controls **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting, Finance, or related field** * **3\+ years of accounting or financial analysis experience** * Strong understanding of **account reconciliations and financial reporting** * Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills * Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline\-driven environment * Fully bilingual **English and Spanish** **Preferred Experience** * Experience in **insurance, financial services, or professional services** environments * Exposure to **insurance program accounting, premium reconciliations, or related reporting** * Experience working with **large financial datasets** **Compensation \& Benefits** Competitive salary and benefits package based on experience.
