Job Description
The Accountant is responsible for managing the financial records of the company, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping.
* Record daily financial transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
* Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
* Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
* Prepare and submit VAT returns as per UAE regulations.
* Monitor company expenses and ensure proper documentation.
* Assist in budget preparation and financial planning.
* Maintain payroll records and assist with salary processing.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
* Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, and financial documents.
