Exovance Global
is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated
Accountant
to join our growing team. If you have experience in
US accounting
, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about delivering high-quality financial support, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries
- Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation
- Process and review accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow monitoring
- Investigate account discrepancies and recommend process improvements
- Support internal and external audits
- Prepare regulatory filings and maintain fixed asset schedules
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a US accounting environment
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
