Accountant

**Description** AKA Healthcare is a pharmacy\-clinic\-lab in Ramamurthy Nagar, Bengaluru. We are building a multi\-location healthcare network and are looking for a hands\-on accountant to own our day\-to\-day finance operations. **What you will do** * Maintain books of accounts on Zoho Books — invoices, expenses, journal entries, and bank reconciliation * Handle GST filings, TDS returns, and all statutory compliance * Process payroll including PF, ESI, and PT for clinic and pharmacy staff * Manage daily cash reconciliation and pharmacy billing records * Track accounts payable and receivable — distributor invoices, vendor payments, patient billing * Prepare monthly P\&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements using Zoho Books reports * Coordinate with our CA for audits and annual ROC filings * Support inventory reconciliation for pharmacy stock **What we are looking for** * 2–3 years of accounting experience; healthcare, pharmacy, or retail background preferred but not required * Proficient in Zoho Books — hands\-on experience managing the full accounting cycle within the platform * Hands\-on knowledge of GST, TDS, and PF/ESI compliance * Good with Excel or Google Sheets * B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter qualification preferred **What we offer** * Formal offer letter, monthly payslip, and PF/ESI enrolled from Day 1 * Direct visibility into a growing healthcare business — reporting to the founder * Clear growth path as we expand to multiple clinic locations * Competitive salary based on experience
