The company prides itself on delivering excellent service and innovative designs. **Role Overview** As an Accounts Executive, you will play a critical role in managing the company’s accounts payable operations, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast\-paced environment, and a proactive approach to improving financial processes. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and vendors to maintain smooth financial operations and support strategic decision\-making. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage the end\-to\-end Accounts Payable (AP) cycle * Ensure accurate and timely invoice processing, reconciliation, and vendor payments * Record and manage credit notes, contra entries, and maintain ledger accuracy * Assist in month\-end closing, budgeting, and audit processes * Prepare AP reports and highlight cost optimization opportunities * Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field * 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in a high\-volume environment * Hands\-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or Odoo) * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel * Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail * Night Shift \- Monday to Friday 6PM to 3AM, Saturday \- 6PM to 10PM. **What We Offer** * A dynamic and growth\-oriented work environment * Opportunities for career advancement and skill development * A collaborative and professional workplace culture
