Job Description
Who you are?
* Graduate with a B.Com., B.A.F., or an equivalent degree
* Minimum 2 year of experience in the industry
* Strong experience with Tally, specifically in a day\-to\-day accounting role
* Proven track record of managing accounts for companies
* Experience working within B2B or service\-based industries (e.g., IT, Recruitment, or similar firms)
* Advanced Excel skills are a must
* Good communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partners
What you will do?
* Handle the entire Tally process end\-to\-end, ensuring books are accurate and up\-to\-date
* Manage basic data entry along with more complex bookkeeping tasks
* Take charge of GST and TDS filing to ensure full tax compliance
* Prepare and oversee the annual audit process
* Maintain clear records of financial data, including client ledgers and tax status
* Work closely with the team to ensure all financial systems and portals are functioning smoothly
