**Role Overview**
We are looking for a
**Accountant**
to manage end\-to\-end
**statutory compliance, taxation, and financial reporting**
across multiple entities. The role requires strong expertise in
**GST, TDS, reconciliations, and audit support**
, along with the ability to handle
**multi\-entity accounting operations**
with accuracy and timelines.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Statutory Compliance \& Filings**
* Manage
**monthly TDS working and reconciliation with General Ledger**
* Prepare and file
**GSTR\-1 and GSTR\-3B**
, including advances and reversals
* Perform
**Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation (Books vs GSTR\-2B vs GSTR\-3B)**
* Ensure timely
**GST and TDS payments**
as per statutory deadlines
* Handle
**GST assessments, notices, and compliance tracking**
**Reconciliation \& Reporting**
* Conduct
**monthly reconciliations**
:
* Books vs GSTR\-2B
* GSTR\-2B vs GSTR\-3B
* 26AS reconciliation
* Share
**invoice discrepancy reports**
with Accounts team:
* Reflected in GSTR\-2B but not in books
* Missing in GSTR\-2B
* Prepare and publish
**monthly statutory compliance reports**
**Audit \& Regulatory Support**
* Support
**quarterly, half\-yearly, and annual audits**
* Prepare
**Annual GST returns (GSTR\-9 \& GSTR\-9C)**
* Assist in
**Income Tax assessments and scrutiny cases**
* Verify
**quarterly e\-TDS returns**
before filing
**Stakeholder Management**
* Resolve
**internal and external queries**
related to GST and TDS
* Coordinate with
**vendors for TDS certificates and clarifications**
* Work closely with
**Accounts, Finance, and external consultants**
**Entity Coverage**
Handling compliance and accounting for multiple entities including:
* Schbang Digital Solutions Pvt Ltd (across Maharashtra, Delhi, Karnataka, Rajasthan)
* Schbang Media Pvt Ltd
* KKG Solutions LLP
**Requirements**
* **3 years of experience**
in accounting, taxation, or finance
* Strong hands\-on experience in
**GST, TDS, and statutory compliance**
* Experience managing
**multi\-entity accounting environments**
* Proficiency in
**accounting software and Excel (advanced level preferred)**
* Strong understanding of
**Indian tax laws and compliance timelines**
* High attention to detail and
**deadline\-driven execution**
**Preferred Profile**
* CA Inter / B.Com / M.Com
* Experience in
**agency / service industry**
is an advantage
