Accountant

**Role Description** This is a full\-time on\-site role for an Accountant located in the Greater Chennai Area. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing and analyzing financial statements, reconciling accounts, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and maintaining accurate financial records. Additionally, the Accountant will handle budgeting, payroll processing, and support management with financial reporting and decision\-making. **Compensation \& Benefits:** We offer a salary of up to **₹420,000** per annum, depending on experience and suitability for the role. Employees will also be eligible for **year\-on\-year salary revisions** in line with company policy and performance, along with periodic **performance\-based bonuses** . **Qualifications** * Experience in financial transactions and record\-keeping \& knowledge on Statutory compliance like TDS etc., * Experience in financial transactions, account reconciliation, and financial statement preparation * Knowledge of budgeting, payroll processing, and financial reporting * Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills * Detail\-oriented with excellent organizational and time\-management abilities * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field * Professional accounting certifications such as CPA or CA are a plus * Experience in the construction or real estate industry is advantageous
