Job Description
Accounting Duties:
* Handle daily accounting activities (sales, purchases, expenses, petty cash)
* Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment records
* Manage supplier payments and customer collections
* Prepare monthly financial reports and basic P\&L
* Monitor inventory value for pets and accessories
* Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and accounting standards
Administrative Duties:
* Manage daily administrative operations of the pets gallery
* Maintain records for pets, suppliers, and customers
* Coordinate purchase and sales documentation
* Handle customer inquiries and basic sales coordination
* Support stock tracking and reporting
* Coordinate with management on operational matters
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
* 1–3 years experience in accounting/admin (retail preferred)
* Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations
* Proficient in Excel and basic accounting software
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Ability to work independently
* Love for animals is an advantage
Job Type: Full\-time
Pay: AED3,000\.00 \- AED5,000\.00 per month
