What You’ll D

oAs an Accountant, you play a key role in supporting the financial accuracy and operational efficiency of the organization. Working closely with the Financial Controller and broader finance team, you will gain hands-on exposure to the full accounting cycle within a fast-paced, multi-currency and multi-province environment. Your work directly supports accurate reporting, operational decision-making, and the overall financial health of the business. This role is ideal for someone early in their accounting career who is comfortable working with numbers, eager to learn, and looking to grow their skills under experienced mentorship in a collaborative environment

Key Responsibilitie**

s:The Accountant is responsible for owning Olympia’s marketing vision, brand identity, and campaign strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives while driving awareness, engagement, and growth. This role operates across both strategic leadership and hands-on execution, balancing long-term planning with day-to-day involvement in key initiative

• l:Perform reconciliations for accounts payable, accounts receivable, intercompany accounts, prepaids, accruals, and bank accoun
• tsProcess vendor payments and wire transfers in CAD, USD, and E
• URMaintain fixed asset schedules and assist with sales tax filings and statutory reporting requiremen
• tsGenerate sales and commission reports using data extracted from the ERP syst
• emSupport the year-end audit process by preparing schedules and responding to auditor reques
• tsProvide backup support for payroll uploads and bank transfers when requir
• edBuild and maintain Excel models and reports that transform raw data into meaningful business insigh
• tsAssist in identifying process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and operational efficien
