**Role Overview:**
We are looking for a detail\-oriented Accountant with 3–5 years of experience who can handle day\-to\-day accounting operations, maintain financial accuracy, and support business decision\-making. Strong ERP experience is essential.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage daily accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, reconciliations)
* Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation
* Perform monthly, quarterly, and year\-end closing
* Handle bank reconciliations and cash flow tracking
* Prepare financial reports and support management with insights
* Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and corporate tax regulations
* Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes
* Monitor expenses and identify cost\-saving opportunities
* Support intercompany transactions and reconciliations (multi\-entity environment)
**Requirements:**
* 3–5 years of accounting experience
* Strong hands\-on experience with ERP systems (

)
* Experience with
**ERPNext**
is a strong advantage
* Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
* Experience with UAE VAT and compliance requirements
* High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and take ownership
* Advanced Excel skills
