We are a global team with headquarters in Palo Alto, California, and an office in Seoul (Gangnam), working at the intersection of healthcare, AI, and scalable cloud systems. **About The Role** We are seeking a versatile Accountant to manage core accounting functions and support day\-to\-day business operations. This role is designed for a detail\-oriented professional who takes pride in maintaining high standards of financial accuracy and operational efficiency. You will have a high degree of autonomy in managing your workflow and will play a critical role in supporting our internal infrastructure. This position offers a unique balance of hands\-on accounting responsibilities and general business operations, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a varied workday and wants to be a key contributor within a streamlined, professional team. **Key Responsibilities** * Full\-Cycle Accounting: Own Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and vendor management. * Payroll \& Benefits: Execute semi\-monthly payroll and assist with employee benefits administration. * Monthly Close: Lead the month\-end close process, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations. * Quarterly Financial Packages: Help prepare quarterly reporting packages. * Compliance: Manage expense report auditing and ensure all financial records are organized and audit\-ready. * Operations Support: Support day\-to\-day business operations, administrative coordination, and general office management as needed. **Requirements** **Qualifications** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance OR Associate degree with 3\+ years of relevant bookkeeping/operations experience. * Experience: 3\+ years of experience in accounting * Technical Skills: * Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online or similar accounting ERP. * Solid Excel skills (pivots, lookups, and data organization). * Familiarity with modern tools (e.g., Gusto, Bill.com, Slack).
