We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the business, take ownership of a developing service line, and grow professionally. **The Opportunity** This is a full\-time, role\-based in Pakistan (currently remotely). The successful candidate will work closely with the remote staff and the UK staff to support on a portfolio of clients, support end\-to\-end accounting processes, and ensure full compliance with financial regulations as per UK standards and regulations. **Key Responsibilities** * Support in preparing the statutory accounts for limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships \- UK clients * Complete VAT returns and management accounts * Assist with corporation tax and self\-assessment tax returns * Liaise with clients to resolve queries and provide financial insights * Support senior accountants and managers with year\-end assignments * Support the preparation of simple personal tax returns (PTRs). * Ensure compliance with UK accounting and tax standards, maintaining high levels of accuracy. **Skills \& Experience Required** **Essential** * **Minimum 2\-4 years' experience working within a UK accountancy practice** — this is a firm requirement * ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or qualified by substantial demonstrable experience at senior level) * Strong technical grounding in year\-end statutory accounts preparation and review * Proven competency across corporation tax, self\-assessment, and VAT * Confident communicator with the ability to communicate with the clients at all levels **Desirable** * Practice experience across a diverse client portfolio spanning multiple industries and business sizes * Proficiency with Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, IRIS, or CCH * Familiarity with Making Tax Digital (MTD) requirements and implementation * Commercial awareness and a genuine appetite for growing and leading a service division
