Accountant – Real Estate Development

We are seeking an experienced Accountant with 4–6 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years within a UAE real estate development company

Key Responsibiliti**

• esManage the full accounting cycle, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closin
• g.Process and review supplier invoices, payment requests, vendor reconciliations, and scheduled payment
• s.Monitor project costs, budgets, contractor payments, and development expenditure
• s.Manage escrow account reconciliations and ensure compliance with RERA, DLD, and other applicable regulation
• s.Handle customer financial documentation, including Statements of Account (SOA), receipts, tax invoices, credit notes, and customer account reconciliation
• s.Coordinate with Sales and Customer Service teams on collections, settlements, transfers, and cancellation
• s.Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, IFRS, and other regulatory requirement
• s.Prepare VAT returns, support Corporate Tax filings, and liaise with tax consultant
• s.Lead and coordinate external audits, prepare audit schedules, and respond to auditor inquirie
• s.Maintain accurate vendor and customer records and ensure timely processing of payments and collection
