The ideal candidate should be an expert in financial management and highly proficient in Excel. **Key Responsibilities:** * Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date financial records. * Handle insurance\-specific financial tasks (premium reconciliations and commission structures). * Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and offer customized accounting solutions. * Work closely with the team to deliver high\-quality financial support and services. **Required Skills \& Qualifications:** * A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. * Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles and concepts. * Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of finance and accounting. * Ability to handle high volumes of data with precision. * Advanced proficiency in **MS Excel** (including complex formulas, Pivot Tables, and data management). * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Experience in the consulting industry is a plus. **Working Days:** Monday to Friday **(6 pm to 3 am)** Saturday **(5 pm to 10 pm)** **Benefits:** * Health Insurance * Life insurance * Bonus * Gratuity
