Accountant III

Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional \& corporate, wealth management, private clients, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.   **Introduction** : Robertson is seeking a skilled Accountant III to join our client in support of an existing vacancy. **Contract Period:** 5 months **Pay Rate:** Starting from $34 per hour **Location** : Toronto, ON **Location Type:** Hybrid **Business Hours:**  Monday\-Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM   **Job Responsibilities:** * Making outbound calls to financial institutions and updating internal systems * Responsible for the timely and accurate follow up of client transfers from other financial institutions into Wealth * Updating in house systems and working closely on ISM, Kofax (Imaging system) and in house Case Management software **Experience \& Qualification Requirements:** * Recent graduates preferred * Excellent verbal and written communication skills for when candidates are updating tickets and carrying out data entry duties * Professional and interpersonal skills for making phone calls (phone experience is a strong must have skill required for the role) * Attention to detail * Multi\-tasking skills * High Technical Aptitude * Understanding of using excel spreadsheets (will be using spreadsheets with macros, need to have strong technical skills to be able to pick up on learning macros during training) * Call center experience * Previous wealth experience * Previous experience with ISM, EIS, Ticketing * Banking experience * Bilingual – French and English * Experience with macros is a huge plus **How to Apply:** If you are a motivated professional looking to contribute to a leading team, please submit your resume outlining your qualifications and experience relevant to this role.
