Accountant

We’re a fast\-growing startup operating across UAE, MENA \& US markets, looking for a hands\-on Accountant to own cash flow forecasting, P\&L accuracy, and financial discipline in a lean, high\-growth team. **What you’ll do:** • Build 8–12 week cash flow forecasts • Own P\&L accuracy \& GL in Xero • Manage AR, AP \& payment runs • Support payroll, audits \& UAE/UK tax • Report directly to founders **What we need:** • 5 years’ experience (startup/tech preferred) • Strong cash forecasting skills • Solid P\&L vs balance sheet understanding • Mandatory: Xero experience • Strong Excel / Google Sheets
