The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing and analyzing budgets, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations. Key tasks include managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, preparing tax returns, and assisting in financial audits. The role will also involve generating financial reports and providing insights to support decision\-making processes. **Qualifications** * Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger management * Proficiency in the use of accounting software, financial data analysis, and spreadsheets * Experience in tax preparation, budget management, and compliance with financial regulations * Attention to detail, problem\-solving skills, and ability to analyze financial trends and data * Interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with teams and stakeholders * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA certification is a plus) * Work experience in similar roles, preferably within the construction industry
