Accountant ( FMCG / Manufacturing - ZOHO)

***Accountant (Zoho \& Inventory – Manufacturing)*** * ***📍 Location: Dubai, UAE*** * ***💰 Salary: AED 6,000 – 7,000*** **About the Role** We are looking for a hands\-on **Accountant** with strong experience in **Zoho Books** and inventory\-driven businesses (FMCG / manufacturing). This role is not passive bookkeeping — you will own the numbers, control costs, and bring clarity to operations. **Key Responsibilities** **1\. Financial Control \& Reporting** * Maintain accurate daily records in Zoho (sales, expenses, journals) * Prepare **MTD P\&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow** * **Ensure COGS accuracy** aligned with production and raw material usage * Generate **daily / weekly sales reports across all channels** **2\. Inventory \& Costing (Critical)** * Track **inventory value, stock movement, and wastage** * **Monitor production costs per batch / SKU** * **Maintain inventory turnover and stock reconciliation** * **Work closely with operations to ensure accurate data flow** **3\. AR / AP Management** * Manage receivables and follow up on collections * Track payables and supplier payments * Ensure clean reconciliation of all accounts **4\. Channel Profitability** * Analyze **margin per channel (Retail, Ecommerce, Marketplace, B2B)** * **Identify cost leaks and recommend improvements** * **Support pricing decisions with data** **5\. Compliance \& Systems** * VAT filing and compliance in UAE * Improve systems and automate workflows within Zoho ecosystem * Maintain clean and audit\-ready financial records **Requirements** * 2–5 years experience in **accounting for manufacturing / FMCG** * **Strong hands\-on experience with Zoho Books / Zoho Inventory** * **Deep understanding of:** * **Inventory accounting** * Costing (COGS, batch costing) * Financial reporting * Advanced Excel skills * High attention to detail and accountability * Able to work in a fast\-paced, execution\-driven environment **What We’re Looking For** * Someone who **owns the numbers** , not just reports them * Detail\-obsessed, structured, and proactive * Comfortable working closely with operations and production teams * Can build systems, not just maintain them **Success Metrics (First 60 Days)** * Accurate P\&L and COGS reporting * Clean inventory tracking and valuation * Full visibility on cash flow and margins * Structured daily and weekly reporting in place
