Position: Accountant

Compensation: $20 - $60/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

• Provide precise, real-world accounting expertise to inform and enhance AI model training.
• Review, analyze, and validate a diverse set of financial data and documentation.
• Evaluate and critique accounting scenarios, workflows, and policies for accuracy and clarity.
• Deliver high-quality written and verbal feedback on complex financial concepts and accounting tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure realistic and relevant accounting datasets.
• Leverage deep understanding of regulatory environments (US, UK, CAN, Europe, LATAM) to provide context-rich insights.

Requirements:

• Possess a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Auditor designation.
• Have strong hands-on professional accounting experience.
• Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal English communication skills that are clear, concise, and professional.
• Have demonstrated expertise across bookkeeping, financial reporting, tax, and audit processes.
• Exhibit strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation abilities.
• Have a high attention to detail and an utmost commitment to accuracy.
