Based in Dubai, we are committed to driving business excellence and offering unparalleled support within the region. **Role Description** This is a full\-time, on\-site role based in Business Bay for an Accountant \- Business Setup. The chosen candidate will handle end\-to\-end accounting tasks related to company formation, including managing ledgers, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with UAE regulations. They will provide financial guidance to clients, assist in tax registrations (VAT, corporate tax), and support the budgeting and forecasting processes during the business setup phase. In this role, close collaboration with the business setup team is essential to ensure timely and accurate delivery of accounting services. **Qualifications** * Proficiency in accounting principles, ledger management, and financial reporting * Experience with tax compliance, including VAT and corporate tax processes * Knowledge of UAE financial, regulatory, and audit requirements * Strong proficiency in accounting and financial software such as Zoho, Quickbooks, or similar platforms * Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and organizational skills * Ability to collaborate with cross\-functional teams and communicate effectively with clients * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field * Familiarity with the UAE business setup process and related financial procedures is an advantage
