Minimum 1 year of core accounting experience **Technical Skills** * Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel * Strong knowledge of Income Tax and current GST regulations **Soft Skills** * Strong analytical thinking * Ability to meet strict deadlines * Excellent communication and collaboration skills **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee daily financial operations including journal entries, general ledger, and invoicing * Ensure 100% accuracy and timely compliance for GST, TDS, PF, PT, and other statutory requirements * Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements * Support management with MIS reporting and collaborate with Sales \& Operations teams * Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants for smooth financial closures * Manage employee reimbursements and incentive calculations * Perform bank statement reconciliation **How to Apply** Apply via Linkedin; Email your CV to aparnadaga.arula@gmail.com and coo@arulaforautism.com Include a brief note on your interest in the role and relevant experience Work Location: In person
