We lead a diverse and inclusive global organization. **Our role** We are looking for a proactive and engaged **Accountant** to join our Finance team, working across both **Accounts Payable** (AP) and **Accounts Receivable** (AR). This is not just a transactional role. You will play an important part in our finance operations, working closely with the team to **improve** how we work, **simplify** processes, **reduce** manual effort, and move towards more efficient and automated ways of working. You will be involved in day\-to\-day activities such as invoice handling, payments, and customer billing, while supporting accurate and timely month\-end reporting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and is motivated by improving how things are done together with others, not just maintaining the status quo. **Responsibilities** * Manage supplier and customer invoices, payments, and related documentation. * Handle billing, collections, and follow\-up on outstanding balances. * Reconcile AP and AR, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accuracy. * Support month\-end close and audit\-related activities. * Collaborate closely with colleagues and stakeholders across the business. * Identify inefficiencies and contribute to improving processes and workflows. * Support initiatives focused on automation, digitalization, and better use of systems. **Qualifications** * About **3–5 years of accounting experience** , preferably covering both AP and AR. * Degree in **Accounting, Finance, Business Administration** , or equivalent. * Solid understanding of **accounting principles** , **Swedish VAT** , and general financial controls. * Hands‑on experience with an **ERP/accounting systems** (knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is advantageous). * Strong **Excel** skills. * Interest in IT, automation, digitalization, and AI‑supported finance processes is a strong advantage. * Fluency in **English** . Swedish is advantageous. **Personal Qualities** * Able to work independently and take ownership. * Curious and proactive, naturally looking for ways to improve how things are done. * Enjoys working with systems and is interested in how automation and digital tools can improve work. * Communicates clearly and collaborates well with others. * Structured and reliable, while remaining flexible when priorities shift. **Working conditions** This role is based in **Stockholm** .
