Mensa Investments Corporation’s principal office is located in Dubai International Financial Centre, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. **Role Description** This is a full\-time on\-site role based in Hyderabad for an Accountant and Executive Assistant. Responsibilities include managing executive administrative tasks, handling expense reports, providing comprehensive executive support, maintaining organized communication, and ensuring efficient administrative assistance. The individual will coordinate schedules, prepare reports, assist in decision\-making processes, and provide strategic support to executives. **Qualifications** * Working knowledge in QuickBooks, Accounting, Invoicing. * Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and general Administrative Assistance * Experience in managing Expense Reports and other financial administrative tasks * Strong skills in Executive Support and assisting decision\-making processes * Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency * Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and time management skills * Proficient in using office and productivity software * Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred) * Prior experience in a similar role, particularly in finance or asset management, is an advantage
