Arch. Honours) and Annu Saxena (M. Arch. Honours \& B. Arch. Honours). We specialise in designing and executing luxury banquets, wedding hotels, and destination wedding resorts across India and overseas — creating spaces that are visually iconic, operationally smart, and business\-driven. **Role Overview** We are looking for a reliable and detail\-oriented Accountant to manage our day\-to\-day financial operations. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate books of accounts, ensuring tax compliance, managing vendor payments, and providing clear financial reporting to management. This is an individual contributor role that demands ownership, accuracy, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. **What You'll Do** * Maintain day\-to\-day books of accounts using Tally ERP / Tally Prime * Record all financial transactions — receipts, payments, journals, and bank entries * Prepare and send project\-wise client invoices and monitor accounts receivable * Process vendor and contractor payments on time; maintain accounts payable records * Handle GST calculations, monthly filings (GSTR\-1, GSTR\-3B), and input tax credit reconciliation * Manage TDS deductions, challan payments, and quarterly TDS return filings * Assist in the preparation of MIS reports, cash flow statements, and project\-wise P\&L * Maintain petty cash and day\-to\-day office expense records * Coordinate with the company's CA/auditor for statutory audits, ITR, and ROC filings * Manage payroll processing and salary disbursement coordination * Ensure proper filing of all financial documents, contracts, and tax records **What We're Looking For** * B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter (IPCC cleared) or equivalent qualification * 3\-4 years of hands\-on accounting experience * Experience in a construction, interior design, architecture, or project\-based firm is a strong advantage * Proficient in Tally ERP / Tally Prime — mandatory * Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards * Good command over MS Excel for reconciliation and reporting * Close attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to meet filing deadlines * Honest, organised, and capable of working independently **What We Offer** * Stable, long\-term role with a growing luxury design studio * Exposure to project\-based accounting across multi\-crore hospitality fit\-out projects * Compensation: As per industry standards, commensurate with experience **To Apply** Send your CV to **consult@adbanquetdesigns.com** with the subject line: ***Job Application \- Accountant***
