SolutionMall is a global B2B solution delivery platform serving infrastructure and industrial projects.
We are not a traditional product marketplace. Instead, we support customers through a structured workflow that includes requirement analysis, solution alignment, product selection, delivery coordination, and project follow\-up.
For IT infrastructure\-related opportunities, SolutionMall focuses on practical project needs involving server room equipment, racks and cabinets, structured cabling, UPS\-related support, network devices, and other supporting infrastructure categories.
2\) Role Overview
We are looking for a
**Key Account Manager – IT Hardware \& Server Room Infrastructure**
to support SolutionMall’s business development in
**Pakistan**
.
This is a
**part\-time, cooperation\-based role**
. It is well suited to someone who already has local customer resources, channel relationships, or project\-side contacts, and who can work with SolutionMall in a flexible way to develop customer accounts and project opportunities related to IT hardware and server room infrastructure.
This is neither a purely engineering role nor a traditional office\-based sales position. We are looking for someone who can combine:
* key account development
* customer relationship management
* project opportunity follow\-up
* RFQ and quotation advancement
* basic technical\-commercial communication
* order and delivery coordination support
3\) Key Responsibilities
Key Account Development
* Identify and develop potential key accounts related to IT hardware, server room infrastructure, and supporting facility equipment
* Build and maintain relationships with enterprise customers, contractors, integrators, distributors, and other project stakeholders
* Expand local customer coverage and strengthen SolutionMall’s access to project\-based opportunities in the Pakistan market
Project Opportunity Follow\-Up
* Follow up on active leads, customer requirements, project background, and purchasing intentions
* Help convert early\-stage interest into qualified RFQs and practical project discussions
* Coordinate with SolutionMall teams to support project verification, quotation follow\-up, and order advancement
This is aligned with SolutionMall’s current cooperation framework, where regional partners are expected to support customer development, project opportunity tracking, RFQ conversion, and order coordination.
Technical\-Commercial Coordination
* Maintain a working understanding of product categories such as:
* server room cabinets and racks
* structured cabling related infrastructure
* UPS\-related support
* network devices
* cooling and supporting facility equipment
* Help communicate customer requirements clearly to SolutionMall teams
* Support product matching and basic technical clarification during quotation and project discussions
These categories are consistent with current project\-side technical materials involving structured cabling, 42U cabinets, UPS installation, active network devices, and server\-room related deployment elements.
Commercial Follow\-Up \& Delivery Support
* Support quotation progress, customer feedback collection, and next\-step coordination
* Help keep project opportunities active through practical and timely follow\-up
* Coordinate between customer requirements, quotation progress, order docking, and delivery expectations
Market Feedback \& Channel Expansion
* Share local market feedback on pricing, customer preferences, competitor activity, and delivery conditions
* Help SolutionMall improve its understanding of the Pakistan market and refine its channel strategy
* Maintain practical visibility on which accounts and projects have real conversion potential
4\) Qualifications
Required
* 2\+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
* key account management
* IT hardware sales
* server room or data infrastructure related business
* project sales
* channel development
* technical\-commercial coordination
* Existing customer resources, partner connections, or project\-side contacts in relevant Pakistan market segments
* Basic understanding of IT infrastructure hardware and supporting facility products
* Ability to communicate effectively in both commercial and technical discussions
* Comfortable working in a part\-time, flexible, cooperation\-oriented role
* Working proficiency in English
Preferred
* Experience with server room infrastructure, cabinets, racks, UPS\-related equipment, network devices, or structured cabling
* Experience working with distributors, integrators, contractors, or project\-based buyers
* Experience in RFQ follow\-up, quotation coordination, and project opportunity development
* Urdu or other regional language skills would be an advantage
5\) Coverage
This role focuses on

Depending on market needs and project opportunities, the selected candidate may support:
* key account development

across one or more cities or regions within Pakistan.
6\) Work Model
This is a
**part\-time role under a cooperation\-based model**
.
We are looking for someone who can work with SolutionMall on an ongoing basis and contribute through:

* RFQ and quotation progression
* technical\-commercial communication
* order and delivery coordination support
