As a growing, innovative company, we offer team members real ownership and opportunities to grow alongside the business. **Role Overview** We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with prior experience in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner or ISV ecosystem to manage and grow existing customer accounts within our supply chain software portfolio. This role focuses on renewals, account expansion, structured commercial execution (including Statements of Work preparation), and proactive lead generation within the D365 ecosystem. This is a growth\-oriented role with future opportunity to expand into broader new business sales responsibilities. **Key Responsibilities** **Account Growth \& Retention** * Manage renewals and drive expansion revenue within existing D365 customer accounts * Identify and close upsell opportunities aligned to customer requirements * Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets **Customer Relationship Management** * Build strong, long\-term relationships within customer organizations * Conduct structured account reviews and identify growth opportunities **Statements of Work (SOW) Preparation** * Work with the Implementation Team to define scope and obtain effort estimates * Prepare detailed SOWs based on customer requirements * Update Jira and internal systems accurately * Deliver SOWs to customers in a timely manner * Follow up to secure feedback and formal sign\-off **Lead Generation \& Business Development Support** * Generate and nurture leads through participation in networking events, webinars, and industry conferences * Leverage industry events to build new connections within the D365 ecosystem * Coordinate with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns and events * Follow up with prospects post\-event to convert engagement into qualified opportunities **Pipeline \& CRM Management** * Maintain accurate CRM records * Ensure all opportunities include clear next steps and progression plans * Provide accurate forecasting and reporting **Required Experience \& Skills** * Prior experience within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner or ISV ecosystem (required) * Experience in account management or B2B software sales * Strong commercial and negotiation skills * Experience working alongside implementation or professional services teams * Ability to translate business requirements into structured SOW documentation * Comfortable participating in industry events and networking activities * Highly organized with strong pipeline management discipline * Must be located within commutable distance of Ottawa **Job Title:** Account Manager **Location:** Remote/Hybrid (Candidates within commutable distance of Ottawa, ON, Canada preferred) **Salary Range:** $75,000\-$85,000 CAD annually plus opportunity to earn commission Comprehensive benefits, GRSP matching plan, Work life balance.
