Role Description
This is a
full-time remote role
for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their compliance and cybersecurity needs, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Core tasks include driving customer satisfaction, identifying new business opportunities, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions, and monitoring project timelines. Responsibilities also include providing guidance to clients on compliance programs and frameworks, tracking client progress, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong account management, relationship building, and client communication skills
- Proven expertise in compliance consulting, business development, and project management
- Understanding of frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, and related standards
- Problem-solving mindset, with experience in identifying innovative solutions for client challenges
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
- Proficiency in leveraging collaboration tools and managing virtual client interactions
- Experience in the cybersecurity or compliance industry preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field is a plus
