The result is smarter decisions, more efficient spend, and measurable business growth across every channel. Role Description This is a full\-time remote role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will own and grow key client relationships while overseeing the execution and performance of omnichannel marketing campaigns that span digital media and transactional (card\-linked) data\-driven insights. Responsibilities include overseeing campaign delivery end\-to\-end, coordinating with internal data, analytics, and media teams, and ensuring seamless execution across all channels. You will analyze performance using both digital and **transactional purchase data signals** , translate insights into actionable recommendations, and continuously identify opportunities to improve ROI and customer growth. A core part of the role is helping clients understand the full picture of their customers—linking **media exposure, in\-store purchasing behaviour, and omnichannel engagement** —and using that intelligence to optimize marketing performance in real time. **You will also be responsible for delivering client reporting, maintaining strong relationships, proactively identifying expansion opportunities, and acting as a strategic partner in driving long\-term growth.** Qualifications * Strong client relationship management, account management, and communication skills * Experience working with marketing performance data, including transactional / purchase\-based insights * **Understanding of omnichannel marketing strategies** , including digital, traditional and performance media execution * Experience in data analytics, reporting, and campaign performance analysis * Proficiency with marketing, analytics, and campaign management tools and platforms * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast\-paced, dynamic environment * Proven ability to identify and drive client growth opportunities through data\-driven insights * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field preferred * Passion for leveraging first\-party data, transactional intelligence, and technology to solve complex marketing challenges and improve performance outcomes
