**Account Manager \- Commercial Lighting, Decor, \& Displays** Greater Vancouver Area \| Full\-Time \| On\-Site **Company Description:** For over **30 years** , Dekra\-Lite Canada has designed and delivered large\-scale commercial décor and lighting programs across the country. As demand continues to grow across Canada, we are expanding our team. **Role Description** : We are seeking a **motivated Account Manager** to help grow and manage client relationships while supporting the delivery of commercial décor and lighting projects. This role blends **sales, account management, and project coordination** . The Account Manager will work closely with clients to understand their vision, develop solutions, and guide projects from initial concept through installation. You will act as a **primary point of contact for clients** , ensuring strong communication, project success, and long\-term partnerships. This is a **full\-time, on\-site position based in the Greater Vancouver Metropolitan Area** . **Key Responsibilities:** **Client Relationships** * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients * Serve as the main point of contact throughout project planning and execution * Provide clients with updates, timelines, and recommendations * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long\-term partnerships **Sales \& Business Development** * Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts * Develop relationships with new clients including municipalities, BIAs, commercial properties, and developers * Prepare proposals, quotes, and project recommendations * Support company growth through proactive outreach and networking **Project Coordination** * Work closely with internal teams including design, operations, and installation * Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and meet quality standards * Assist with planning logistics, timelines, and installation schedules * Help manage project details from concept through completion **Qualifications** * Experience in **sales, account management, or client relationship roles** * Strong communication and relationship\-building skills * Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines * Organized and detail\-oriented with strong time management * Comfortable working with both clients and internal teams * Experience with commercial projects, events, design, or construction\-related industries is an asset * Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, or project management software **Compensation** * **Base Salary:** \~$42,000 * **Commission Structure:** Performance\-based sliding scale * **Total earning potential:** $70,000\+ depending on performance **Why Join Dekra\-Lite?** * Work on **large\-scale projects across Canada** * Be part of a **growing family\-run company** * Opportunity to grow with the business as we expand * Creative and dynamic industry * Competitive earning potential **Apply** If you're interested in working on unique commercial projects and helping create memorable public spaces, we’d love to hear from you.
