As automated procurement and digital human resource architectures scale rapidly, our proprietary AI matching technology and foundational  **HR API**  layers are experiencing major market pull. Operating remotely from your base in the UAE, you will take ownership of warm sales qualified leads, manage closing cycles, and introduce our secure  **Document Verification**  and automated evaluation portals to enterprise business managers. You will drive monthly subscription contracts, ensuring smooth commercial positioning while aligning closely with our backend operational hub in  **Abu Dhabi** . **Key Responsibilities** * **Deal Execution:**  Manage and close B2B software subscriptions ($199\+ price points) with corporate accounts, tech entities, and regional hiring agencies. * **Commercial Demonstrations:**  Conduct structured, high\-conversion online platform walkthroughs of our AI matching logic and  **Digital ID Check**  frameworks for corporate decision\-makers. * **Pipeline Acceleration:**  Drive outbound closing strategies from inbound marketing signals, ensuring consistent quota attainment and pipeline accuracy. * **Value Communication:**  Clearly articulate the business case, security parameters, and operational ROI of transitioning legacy processes onto our cloud platform. * **Stakeholder Synchronization:**  Partner with customer onboarding and technical teams to ensure new corporate subscribers move smoothly from signed contracts to daily platform use. **Who You Are (Requirements)** * **Proven Sales Record:**  2\+ years of experience as an Account Executive, Sales Representative, or Relationship Manager within a commercial SaaS, B2B software, or corporate services market. * **Frictionless Communication:**  Flawless professional verbal and written English skills; a natural ability to build corporate trust over remote channels. * **Pipeline Discipline:**  Absolute comfort operating daily within modern CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent tracking software) to maintain clear lead data. * **Commercial Drive:**  Strong closing mentality combined with an understanding of how subscription business models and volume\-based software licenses operate. **Premium Compensation \& Benefits** We provide a premier compensation structure designed to reward high performers, set strictly  **30% above the UAE market average**  for mid\-market software sales roles. * **Base Salary:**   **AED 15,600 – AED 19,500**  per month (Tax\-Free, dependent on corporate sales experience), paired with an aggressive, uncapped sales commission model. * **Remote Excellence:**  100% remote workflow supported by a dedicated technology stipend and home\-office setup allowance. * **Health \& Wellness:**  Comprehensive medical insurance coverage provided fully for you and your immediate family members.
