**Position:** Academic Incharge (CBSE School) **School:** Siddharth Public School **Location:** Jath, District Sangli, Maharashtra **Qualification** * Graduate / Post Graduate with B.Ed (preferred) * Strong academic background with CBSE curriculum knowledge **Experience** * Minimum 5 years teaching experience – Mandatory * Experience in academic coordination / school administration – Preferred **Salary** * ₹50,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience) **Role Overview** We are looking for an experienced Academic Incharge to manage and supervise the academic operations of the school (approx. 900 students strength), ensuring quality education and smooth functioning as per CBSE standards. **Job Responsibilities** * Oversee and manage academic planning and execution * Ensure implementation of CBSE curriculum and guidelines * Supervise teachers, lesson planning, and classroom delivery * Monitor student performance and academic outcomes * Conduct teacher training, mentoring, and performance evaluation * Handle timetable planning and academic scheduling * Coordinate with school management for academic improvements * Maintain discipline and ensure a positive learning environment * Organize exams, assessments, and result analysis * Support administrative responsibilities related to academics **Skills Required** * Strong leadership and team management skills * Good communication and organizational abilities * Knowledge of CBSE academic structure and compliance * Problem\-solving and decision\-making skills **Job Type:** Full Time **Joining:** Immediate / As per availability Interested candidates may share their updated CV along with current salary, expected salary, and notice period.
