1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Jobaro, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Account Balance and Payments

2.1 Adding Funds

Users can add funds to their account balance through our payment processor. All payments are processed securely through Paddle.com. Once funds are added, they will be reflected in your account balance.

2.2 Job Posting Charges

When you post a job, the applicable fee will be automatically deducted from your account balance:

• Easy Apply jobs (no external link): Charged at the current pricing rate
• External Link jobs: Charged at the current pricing rate

You must have sufficient balance to post a job. Jobs will not be published if there are insufficient funds.

2.3 Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect jobs already posted.

3. Chrome Extension Subscription

3.1 Free Tier

All users receive a limited number of free auto-fills per month. This limit resets at the beginning of each calendar month.

3.2 Paid Subscription

Users can subscribe to the Pro tier for additional auto-fills. Subscriptions:

• Are charged monthly from your account balance
• Automatically renew unless cancelled
• Provide access to the paid tier limits for 30 days
• Cannot be transferred or shared

4. Transaction History

All transactions (credits and debits) are recorded and displayed in your account dashboard. This provides a complete audit trail of all account activity.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not abuse or misuse the auto-fill extension

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Share your account with others
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits
• Use the service for fraudulent purposes
• Post jobs that violate our content policies

7. Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for maintenance or other reasons.

8. Limitation of Liability

Jobaro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, any remaining balance may be subject to refund as per our Refund Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
