Working Student Production Planning (all genders)

Your role

As a Working Student in Production & Resource Planning, you will take ownership of key data-driven tasks and support our team in making our planning processes more efficient and scalable.

You will work closely with various stakeholders, bring structure to data and processes, and ensure that decisions are based on solid insights. In this role, you will gain deep exposure to our end-to-end planning landscape and actively contribute to improving the way we work.

With a strong sense of ownership, you will work independently on your tasks, learn quickly, and create direct impact through your work.

• This role is available for a 12-month contract (extension possible).

Your area of responsibility

• Independently collect, structure, and analyze data from various sources
• Create and improve reports and analyses using Excel or Google Sheets
• Support the development and optimization of processes and documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and validate information
• Identify improvement opportunities and actively contribute to process enhancements
• Support analytical topics with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and system understanding

Your profile

• You are currently enrolled as a student (e.g. Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field)
• Ideally, you have some initial experience in planning, process management, or analytical topics
• You are confident working with Excel or Google Sheets and enjoy working with data
• You have a structured, self-driven, and solution-oriented working style
• You are motivated to take ownership and drive things forward
• You enjoy working in a team and communicate clearly and effectively
• You have good skills in either German or English, ideally both
