**Job Description: Workforce Intelligence Specialist** **Employment Business: Recann Ltd** **Role: People Analytics Lead** **Seniority Level: Intermediate** **Location: Gothenburg, Sweden (Hybrid \- 50% Remote)** **Assignment Period: 01 Apr 2026 – 31 Dec 2026** **Overview:** * Recann Ltd is seeking a highly analytical and forward\-thinking **People Analytics \& AI Specialist** to join our client’s Global Headquarters in Gothenburg. * You will play a pivotal role in a small, agile team reporting to the Global HR Operations Manager, architecting the HR data strategy and driving AI adoption to optimize organizational performance. **Scope of the Role:** The primary objective is to transform complex workforce data into actionable business insights. You will ensure the integrity of HR systems, manage rigorous compliance frameworks, and act as a strategic driver for AI innovation within the HR function. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Data Strategy \& Ownership:** Lead the end\-to\-end HR data lifecycle, ensuring high data quality and maintaining a "single source of truth" across all HRIS platforms. * **AI \& Innovation:** Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the AI steering committee, spearheading the adoption of AI and automation to enhance reporting efficiency. * **Compliance \& Governance:** Establish and manage data compliance processes, including data purge protocols, in strict adherence to regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR). * **Headcount \& KPI Management:** Oversee accurate position management, headcount forecasting, and the development of comprehensive HR KPIs to measure organizational health. * **Strategic Reporting:** Manage both internal and external global reporting, translating complex technical analytics into clear narratives for HR leadership and business partners. **Candidate Requirements:** * **Education:** University degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Statistics, or Business Administration. * **Technical Expertise:** Proven experience with People Analytics software, BI tools (specifically **PowerBI** ), and HRIS systems. * **AI Implementation:** A track record of participating in AI steering committees or implementing AI solutions in a corporate environment. * **Analytical Rigor:** Exceptional ability to synthesize data into high\-level summaries and context, with a proactive approach to identifying data gaps. * **Regulatory Knowledge:** Strong understanding of data privacy laws and compliance processes related to personnel data. * **Communication:** Fluent in **English** ; capable of translating technical concepts for non\-technical stakeholders. **The Work Finding Services Agreement:** * Successful candidates will be engaged via Recann Ltd.
