Marks \& Harrison is seeking an **Associate Attorney** to join the team in our **Richmond VA** office primarily to support our **Workers' Compensation** practice, and secondarily to assist on Personal Injury cases being litigated in General District Court. **An ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:** * A license to practice law in Virginia * 0\-3 years’ experience in Workers' Compensation * Proficient command of English, with excellent written and oral communication skills * Comfort learning and using case management software * The desire to connect with clients * The ability to work as a member of a team The position provides a comprehensive incentive program in addition to salary and excellent benefits.
