They build lead\-generating sites designed to drive traffic, convert visitors, and support overall marketing growth. **About the role:** Our client is looking for a **Web Developer \& Analyst** to build and optimize high\-performing, lead\-generating websites for their clients. This role is ideal for someone skilled in front\-end development, technical SEO, and site performance, who takes ownership from build to launch and continuously improves results. **Experience In a Digital Marketing Agency Is Required.** **Experience in the home service industry is preferred.** **What you’ll be doing:** * Build, launch, and optimize high\-converting websites and landing pages end\-to\-end * Implement technical SEO, site speed optimization, and Core Web Vitals improvements * Set up and validate tracking \& analytics (GA4, GTM, pixels, call tracking) * Manage CRM/automation integrations, form routing, site migrations, and clean deployments * Run QA checks to ensure sites launch correctly and perform optimally * Continuously analyze site performance and make data\-driven improvements * Use AI tools to accelerate development, testing, and technical tasks **Who are we looking for?** * 3\+ years of experience with WordPress custom builds and modern front\-end development * Proficient in page builders (Breakdance, Elementor) and CRO optimization * Solid understanding of technical SEO, site speed, and structured site architecture * Skilled in analytics setup, tracking validation, and integrations * Experience with CRM/automation tool connections and form workflows * Fast, proactive, execution\-focused — suggests improvements and owns delivery * Comfortable using AI tools to streamline work and boost productivity **Position: Web Developer \& Analyst** **Remote Status:** Fully Remote **Working Hours:** 9 am \- 5 pm EST **Holidays:** US Federal Holidays **Salary:** USD 1400 \- USD 1700 **Internal Job ID:** 1190
