The main duties and responsibilities of this role includes: * Must be comfortable discussing food and wine choices with guests in detail. * To maintain a friendly yet unobtrusive manner with all guests. * To communicate with Culinary Team to ensure an exceptional dining experience for all guests. * Ensure the food pick up and service is impeccable and completed in a timely manner * Responsible for setting up tables, serving food and beverage to guests, and clearing/cleaning tables. * Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests **About You** The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: * High School Diploma * Problem solving * Detail orientated * 1 year of experience in a similar role within the luxury industry **About The Benefits** At Jumeirah, we are dedicated to fostering a workplace where colleagues feel valued, supported and inspired to grow.
