**The Role**
As a Waiter, you will be responsible for delivering attentive and seamless service throughout the guest journey. You will ensure accuracy, efficiency, and consistency while maintaining LPM’s high service standards.
**Your Profile**
**Experience \& Attitude**
**Experience:**
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage; however, attitude, energy, and willingness to learn are highly valued. French or another European language in addition to English is considered an advantage.

You demonstrate a proactive approach, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn and grow within a premium hospitality environment.

You interact with guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming and memorable dining experience.

**Menu Knowledge \& Sales Awareness**
**Product Understanding:**
You are able to learn and confidently explain the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing recommendations.
**Upselling:**
You are comfortable recommending daily specials and premium options when appropriate.
**Communication Skills:**
Strong verbal communication skills are essential; multilingual abilities are considered an asset.
**Attention to Detail \& Efficiency**
**Order Accuracy:**
You take orders accurately and ensure all guest preferences are clearly communicated to the kitchen.
**Presentation:**
You maintain impeccable table settings and ensure the dining area remains polished and professional.
**Time Management:**
You manage multiple tables efficiently during peak service hours while maintaining composure and service quality.
**Compensation**
**What We Offer**
**Basic Salary:**
4,000 AED per month
**Housing \& Transportation Allowance:**
2,400 AED per month
