VRF Specialist

**Role Description** This is a full\-time, on\-site role based in Karachi for a VRF Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for promoting MRV (VRF) solutions to clients, providing technical support and consultation, and driving sales growth in the assigned region. The role also involves offering product\-related training to customers, ensuring excellent customer service, and developing effective sales strategies to achieve targets. The Specialist will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, assess customer requirements, and strengthen client relationships. **Qualifications** * Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. * Proven success in Sales and Sales Management, including achieving targets and driving revenue growth. * Proficiency in delivering Training sessions to clients or team members focused on product knowledge and usage techniques. * Strong technical understanding of VRF systems and experience in applying technical concepts to customer needs. * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. * Experience in the HVAC industry is highly advantageous. * Ability to work effectively in an on\-site team environment in Karachi. * Strong problem\-solving skills and a customer\-focused mindset.
