**About the Role**
We are looking for a dedicated and highly organized
**Phone Support Agent**
to join our team for a US\-based project. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for delivering top\-tier support over the phone. If you have excellent communication skills, a knack for problem\-solving, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with precision, we want to hear from you!
**What You Will Do**
* Handle inbound and outbound phone calls to assist US\-based customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and general support.
* Accurately log customer information, call notes, and updates into our systems.
* Navigate between different platforms and tools simultaneously while maintaining a conversation.
* Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department.
* Ensure every customer interaction reflects high quality, empathy, and professionalism.
**Requirements \& Qualifications**
* **Experience:**
1 to 2 years of prior experience in an international voice\-based customer support role.
* **Communication:**
Exceptional spoken English.
**A neutral or American accent is strictly required.**
* **Core Skills:**
Multitasking and a high level of attention to detail are an absolute
**MUST**
.
* **Software Knowledge:**
Prior experience using
**HelpScout**
and custom CRM platforms is a strong plus.
* **Work Ethic:**
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working a night shift to align with US business hours.
**Shift Timings \& Compensation**
* **Working Hours:**
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST \|
**6:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT**
* **Work Days:**
5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
* **Salary Range:**
60,000 – 70,000 PKR / month (depending on experience and interview evaluation)
