Job Description
**Requirements:** * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently. * Attention to detail and problem\-solving ability. * Experience with email, calendar, and document management. * Familiarity with CRM systems and basic data entry. * Basic research and reporting skills. * Comfortable coordinating with teams, clients, and freelancers. * Experience with LinkedIn or Instagram management and post scheduling is preferred. **Responsibilities:** * Manage emails, calendars, and appointments efficiently. * Handle internal and external communication professionally. * Organize and maintain documents, reports, and records. * Coordinate with team members, freelancers, and clients. * Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met. * Assist in improving workflows and operational processes. * Respond to client inquiries and maintain follow\-ups. * Schedule meetings and prepare summaries or notes. * Support hiring coordination, including screening and interview scheduling. * Maintain CRM systems and ensure accurate data entry. * Conduct basic research and prepare reports as needed. * Assist with social media management, including post scheduling and coordination.
