* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred.
* EIT or PE certification encouraged
* 2\-3 years of experience in private subdivision and land development design.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Hydroflow, and Microsoft Office.
* Familiarity with zoning and regulatory agency ordinances.
* Strong time management and communication skills.
* Ability to assist with or prepare various engineering plans and design packages.
