UPSC Mentor

**Experience Required: 1\-8 years of teaching experience** **Job Module:** Fully Remote **Key Responsibilities:** * Mentor and guide students preparing for the State PSC examination through daily interaction and structured support * Take end\-to\-end accountability for each student’s academic progress, discipline, and learning outcomes * Design and assign daily tasks, practice exercises, and study goals to keep students consistent and exam\-ready * Track, maintain, and update detailed student progress reports, performance metrics, and personalized improvement plans * Conduct weekly zoom sessions small\-group mentoring sessions, doubt\-clearing discussions, and exam\-oriented guidance * Ensure all students feel supported, heard, and aligned with their learning roadmap * Coordinate with internal teams to maintain seamless student management and data accuracy * Suggest improvements in study plans, curriculum structure, and student engagement processes based on observed needs **Skills and Attributes:** * 1 \-8 years of teaching or mentoring experience, preferably in competitive exam preparation (CGPSC/UPSC) * Must have been a UPSC aspirant with a strong understanding of exam patterns, strategy, and preparation discipline * Excellent communication skills with the ability to mentor, guide, and motivate students consistently * Highly accountable mindset, able to take ownership of each student’s growth and performance * Ability to design daily tasks, study plans, and performance\-based improvements UPSC Faculty \| UPSC Teacher \| State PSC \| Teaching Jobs \| State PSC \| Competitive Exam Mentor \| Government Examinations
