**Position:** Education Teacher, Postsecondary **Type:** Hourly contract **Compensation:** $49–$98/hour **Location:** Remote **Commitment:** 10–40 hours/week **Role Responsibilities** * Develop structured course materials such as syllabi, assignments, and instructional handouts for AI training use cases. * Conduct academic research and integrate recent findings into educational datasets and AI model training content. * Create, administer, and evaluate assessments to ensure high\-quality learning and training materials. * Review scholarly literature and stay current with advancements in education and academic practice. * Mentor and supervise students in research, internships, and fieldwork while translating insights into AI\-ready outputs. * Communicate clearly through written and verbal formats to support accurate AI content development. * Collaborate with AI teams to align curriculum materials with training and evaluation objectives. **Requirements** * Master’s degree or PhD in Education or a related academic field, or equivalent postsecondary teaching experience. * Strong experience in curriculum design, instructional delivery, and academic assessment practices. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. * Proven ability to conduct and apply research in educational settings. * Experience mentoring students in research, internships, or fieldwork environments. * Strong organizational and time\-management skills for remote, asynchronous project work. * Proficiency with digital learning tools and remote collaboration platforms. **Application Process (Takes 20 Min)** * Upload resume * Interview (15 min) * Submit form
