Title: Travel Retail Sales Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE

**What Will Your Day Look Like?**
As Travel Retail Sales Manager, you will drive the strategic growth and commercial performance of the snacks portfolio across global travel retail channels. The role focuses on building strong partnerships with leading duty\-free operators such as Dubai Duty Free, Lagardère, and Dufry to secure strong product visibility and listings, while also managing in\-flight retail and pouring opportunities with major airlines. You will also play a key role in developing Travel Retail Exclusive (TRE) offerings that strengthen premium brand positioning and deliver high\-margin growth within the travel retail channel.
**How Will You Make an Impact?**
**Travel Retail Business Development**
* Lead negotiations and Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with global Travel Retail operators such as Dubai Duty Free, Dufry, and Qatar Duty Free to secure premium shelf space and secondary placements.
* Manage tenders and listings for airline retail catalogues and in\-flight snack pouring with key airlines such as Emirates, Qatar Airways, and Etihad.
* Partner with Marketing and R\&D to develop Travel Retail Exclusive (TRE) packs and gifting formats tailored to traveler needs and occasions.
**Sales Performance \& Commercial Excellence**
* Develop and implement Route\-to\-Market strategies to strengthen market coverage and expand channel presence.
**Marketing \& Brand Visibility**
* Execute high\-impact brand activations and promotional initiatives in high\-traffic airport locations to enhance brand visibility and drive trial.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of promotions and marketing activities and provide insights for continuous improvement.
**Financial \& Operational Management**
* Manage Travel Retail P\&L performance while ensuring inventory freshness and efficient supply chain coordination to airport bonded warehouses.
**Education and Experience**
* **Education:**
Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* **Experience:**
7–10 years of sales experience in FMCG, with at least 3–5 years specifically in Travel Retail (GTR) and experience in premium snacks or confectionery is highly preferred.
**Technical Skills**
* Deep understanding of the “Traveler Journey” and Travel Retail–specific shopper insights.
* Proven experience navigating the complex tender processes of major airlines and travel retail operators.
* Knowledge of bonded warehouse operations and international trade/tax regulations for Duty Free.
