Trainee Web Engineer (Mern Stack)

We are looking for a Trainee Web Engineer (Mern Stack) whpo can design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js). **Job Description:** 1\- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js). 2\- Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices, design patterns, and coding standards. 3\- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate multiple data sources into unified systems. 4\- Implement robust security measures for data protection, secure storage, and access management in line with industry standards. 5\- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application defects and provide timely technical support, including handling urgent issues outside of regular business hours. 6\- Work with databases, both relational (SQL) and non\-relational (MongoDB), optimizing queries and database structure for performance and reliability. 7\- Utilize version control systems (e.g., Git) for source code management and collaborative development. 8\- Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends, proposing innovative solutions to improve processes and application performance. 9\- Document development processes, including database schema designs, APIs, and system workflows, to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing. 10\- Collaborate with the team to design scalable, centralized architectures, considering accessibility and security compliance. 11\- Leverage modern architectural practices such as microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and serverless environments where applicable. 12\- Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and maintainability. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** 2–3 years of hands\-on development experience in Node.js and building production\-ready web applications. Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern front\-end framework (React preferred). Solid understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL), web services, and API design/consumption. Experience in implementing testable, reusable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and design patterns. Proven experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving issues efficiently. Knowledge of security standards, data protection, and secure storage practices. Familiarity with modern architectural trends such as microservices, containerization, and serverless computing is a plus. Ability to integrate multiple data sources into a unified, optimized system. Strong documentation skills for system architecture, database schemas, and APIs. Passion for learning, continuous improvement, and keeping up\-to\-date with technology trends. This is a full\-time permanent contract\-bound office\-based Job \& the starting salary would be 40K\-60K as per professional experience \+ other allowances.
