Job Description
Value Engineering is looking for a highly motivated and detail\-oriented Graduate Civil Engineer to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a strong foundation through hands\-on experience in project planning, scheduling, cost estimation, and technical documentation within a professional engineering environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist in the development of
**project plans, schedules, and timelines**
using industry\-standard planning tools.
* Support the preparation of
**cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take\-offs**
with accuracy.
* Monitor project progress and
**update schedules**
accordingly.
* Perform
**material, labor, and cost analysis**
for ongoing and upcoming projects.
* Maintain and organize
**planning and estimation documentation**
efficiently.
* Coordinate with
**project, site, and procurement teams**
to gather required data.
* Assist senior engineers in
**tendering, budgeting, and reporting activities**

* Learn and implement
**industry standards, best practices, and internal procedures**
.
**Required Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in
**Civil Engineering**
(Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
* Basic understanding of
**construction planning and estimation concepts**

* Proficiency in
**MS Excel (mandatory)**
; knowledge of
**MS Project or Primavera**
is a plus.
* Strong
